The complex is an example of contemporary Mediterranean architecture, emphasizing harmonious integration with the natural landscape and the use of local materials. The architectural composition consists of individual building volumes featuring curved and vaulted forms, earthy tones, and stone cladding, reflecting traditional Cycladic architecture through a contemporary design approach. The complex is developed on relatively flat terrain, with the residences arranged in a unified layout that incorporates private courtyards, outdoor living spaces, and swimming pools. At the same time, stone boundary walls, native vegetation, and carefully designed pathways contribute to the spatial organization and the seamless integration of the complex into the arid island environment. Overall, the design combines aesthetics, functionality, and privacy, establishing a contemporary architectural identity with strong Mediterranean characteristics.
