Residences in Oia

The architectural complex is characterized by a contemporary, minimalist approach that combines traditional Mediterranean influences with clean geometric forms. The curved volumes, finished in off-white plaster, harmoniously contrast with the natural stone surfaces and earthy tones, creating a balanced composition that blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. The small, deeply recessed openings enhance the sense of solidity while providing shade, whereas the large glazed surfaces establish a visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The courtyards, pergolas, and outdoor seating areas function as extensions of the residences, highlighting the relationship between architecture, natural light, climate, and Mediterranean vegetation.
