The residential complex is defined by its contemporary, organic architecture, seamlessly integrated into the arid, rocky landscape. The design follows the natural slope of the terrain, with individual building volumes arranged in a cascading composition that minimizes visual impact while preserving the continuity of the natural topography.
The use of local stone, earthy tones, and natural materials reinforces the connection with the surrounding environment. Curved forms and green roofs contribute to the buildings’ integration into the landscape, while large glazed openings maximize natural light and establish a strong visual connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding scenery.
The architectural approach combines contemporary design with bioclimatic principles, emphasizing stone, light, and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces as key elements of the composition. The result is a low-impact architectural ensemble in which the built environment engages harmoniously with the natural landscape.
