The architectural complex is characterized by a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic inspired by traditional Cycladic architecture. The solid geometric volumes, curved forms, and earthy tones of the plaster finishes create a harmonious composition that blends into the island landscape. The narrow, vertical openings and deeply recessed windows add depth and texture to the façades, while the stepped courtyards, perimeter walls, and outdoor pathways follow the natural slope of the terrain. The use of simple materials and the interplay of light and shadow emphasize the sculptural quality of the architectural forms, while the sea views and restrained Mediterranean planting strengthen the connection between the complex and its natural surroundings.
