The entire complex is characterized by incisions that reflect the striking and unique natural morphology of the area.
The subterranean structures follow the natural elevation contours, maintaining their continuity.
Each courtyard and slope includes lateral retaining walls set at an angle, supporting the terrain while ensuring the privacy of each residence. These walls terminate at ground level, integrating the landscape design seamlessly into the site’s natural relief.
Access to the residences is achieved through cuts in the ground, highlighting the aesthetic of an underground structure—external stairways descending into the earth or narrow ground fissures leading to the entrances.
